Registration for Clean Cooking Forum 2017 is now open! The registration fee for the Forum includes entry to all breakout and plenary sessions, informal morning topical discussions, Forum meals (lunch and coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the cultural dinner), the clean cookstoves and fuels exhibition, shuttle service to the IHC (limited pick up locations), and networking sessions. Please note that this registration fee does not include transportation to Delhi, hotel accommodations, site visits, or shipping fees to transport printed materials, cookstoves, and fuels. Forum Travel Scholarships

The Alliance is pleased to offer a limited number of travel scholarships to the Forum. Partners who are interested in applying for a Forum travel scholarship may submit their application here. The Alliance is pleased to  cover transportation costs for selected travel scholarship recipients up to $USD 1,800; however, scholarship recipients are responsible for covering their accommodation costs and the $300 forum registration fee (which you will only pay for if you are selected to receive a scholarship). Registration for Site Visits

The Alliance is pleased to provide Forum participants with a selection of site visits to showcase the wide range of fuels, technologies, and business models that our partners and grantees are employing in the field:

  • A two-day/one night trip to Ahmedabad to visit Abellon’s pellet production and research facilities, SEWA’s women cooperatives, and Greenway Grameen’s biomass cookstove manufacturing plant;
  • An overnight trip to see Frontier Market’s women entrepreneur projects in Dholpur and a visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks;
  • Day trips to LPG processing plants in Delhi.

Participants may register and view prices for site visits either through the attendee registration form or the accommodation page. Participants on the overnight trips will be responsible for transportation, accommodation, and food costs. Local trips will require a small fee to cover lunch and bus travel. The Clean Cookstoves and Fuels Exhibition

If you would like to display products at the October 24, 2017 Clean Cookstoves and Fuels Exhibition, please indicate your interest through the attendee registration form. There are limited number of available display areas, and the Alliance will confirm spots on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all shipping costs and necessary storage of cookstoves, fuels, and other materials will be the responsibility of the attendee.
