This Plenary will include panelists from the donor and private sector investor perspectives who will help explore the dynamics of market creation using grant and concessional capital, with the goal of de-risking business models that ultimately mobilize private capital. The conversation will also explore how donor funding can best be used to scale the market to the point where investors are willing and able to continue to finance its growth; and how and when this transition should occur.
