Designing for Performance, Usability, and Manufacturing
For 100 million households to adopt clean and/or efficient stoves and fuels, the sector requires products that meet users’ cooking needs, have low emissions and high fuel efficiency, and are available at scale. All of these aspects can be impacted by design choices. This session will examine how design choices, big or small, can improve the performance, usability, or manufacturing of cookstoves, and ultimately adoption for greater impact.
