Women’s Energy Entrepreneurship Breakfast
(Morning Informal) Co-hosted by ENERGIA, wPOWER Hub, and the Alliance, this networking session is targeted toward participants who work in women’s energy entrepreneurship and who are using effective strategies to engage women in the clean cooking value chain. Participants are encouraged to share best practices and lessons learned, particularly as it relates to experiences with mentorship, coaching, financing for women entrepreneurs, engaging men, empowerment and leadership training, and engaging women’s groups.
Those who attended the Women’s Energy Entrepreneurship Workshop in Nairobi, Kenya in February 2017 are encouraged to attend to reconnect with colleagues; others are also encouraged to attend to strengthen this network of partners focused on women’s empowerment through the clean cooking value chain.
