Amber Bloomer

Amber is the Grant and Donor Partner Development Officer at Inyenyeri. From published neuroscience research to national HIV behavioral studies to the design of prevention and intervention programs, she has holistically approached the intersections of health, science, and development. Her interests have led her to Inyenyeri to help provide marginalized populations with sustainable energy solutions.
