Biography
Carlos is a PhD student in Environmental Health Science at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health, working with Dr. Darby Jack. Since coming to Columbia he has principally researched current cooking practices and preferences in rural Ecuador. In addition, Carlos has worked on improved cookstove projects in Honduras, Peru, and India studying adoption and sustained usage.
