Biography
Pam Jagger is an Associate Professor jointly appointed to the Departments of Public Policy and Environment and Ecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a Faculty Fellow at the Carolina Population Center. She has over 20 years of research experience, primarily in sub-Saharan Africa focused on understanding the dynamics of poverty and environment interactions.
