Prarthana Borah

Prarthana Borah is India Director, based out of New Delhi, of Clean Air Asia an international not for profit, headquartered in Manila. She leads the implementation of the India programme that aims to promote better air quality and livable cities by translating knowledge to policies and actions for reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from transport, energy and other sectors.
