Ms. Shubha Laxmi Shrestha is Sr. Tech. Officer and Manager at Biomass Energy Sub-Component at AEPC. AEPC is GoN agency for mainstreaming RETs in Nepal. She has expertise in RE field for ten years for policy input/standardization/mentoring/planning/budgeting/implementation/monitoring & evaluation. She is a gold medalist for Masters’ degree in Energy from AIT, BKK along with 3 awards of excellence.
